The Run-Time Systems Scripting Expert integrates Active X Scripting with the Borland Integrated Development Environments. The majority of the Open Tools API is exposed as Automation compatible interfaces allowing you to interact with the project options, editor, and menu items. You can even create and add your own wizards and menu items to the IDE without the complicated compile and debugging normally involved in creating most wizards or experts.
Included in this package are various script files that exercise the scripting expert; please check them out and start exploring the possibilities.
In order to use the RTS Scripting Expert you require the following minimum configuration:
At this point, the scripting expert does not come with an installation program. Please refer to the RTSBSE40.CHM help file for instructions on how to install the software.
If you wish to remove the RTS Scripting Expert you can do so simply by removing it from the packages list using Components | Install Packages. After removing the IDE integration you should un-register the automation library using regsvr32 /u rtsnta40.dll and then remove all files installed during the installation.
