As always, more information, more questions
A very well written note regarding the next version of Delphi. I must confess to agreeing with the content. I am even pleasantly suprised to see Nick with some very good comments along the same vein.
To date, 90% of my work still keeps me in Delphi 6 with a few jaunts into D7 and virtually no reason to spend much time in D8.NET (not saying there is no dotnet going on...).
I don't know the answers but I know the Delphi language and underpinnings are an elegant solution that needs to be marketed and promoted in a manner that adequately highlights its ability to produce solid solutions.
